We accept payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, ect, and other platforms as detailed on our website. All payments must be made in full before production begins or the product is shipped.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

  • Refunds for non-custom items are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

5. Returns and Damage Policy

Returns for Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom embroidered items and Premium Design Transfers, these products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

Non-Custom Products
